Playing around with Switches in Substance Designer. 100% procedural. Using switch nodes to create a quick way to swap between different mat flooring and edge trims. 3 trim styles and 6 floor styles. Exposing the input vale on the switch node, combined with setting presets allows the user quickly pick from a variety of styles using only a drop down menu. Basically a flexible trim sheet. With this a user could fill an entire room with ex: Floor style 2 except for the edges, instance the texture, then flip the mask switch for ex: Trim 1, and apply it to the borders of the room. Great for modular assets.
